Pilates with a personal touch

I offer personalised, one-on-one, private pilates classes for you and your body on the Reformer, Cadillac or Chair. I train everyone from athletes to those suffering from injuries and chronic pain, as well as  those who want to age gracefully. My clients improve their core strength, flexibility, posture and release tension, all while toning their entire body. I teach STOTT PILATES, a contemporary approach to the original method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Developed by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, which incorporates modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.

The costs for the lessons can be passed on to the responsible health insurance company for the health promotion contribution (my company is Qualitop certified)

About me

My journey with Pilates started, as it does for many, with a personal success story. After going through a shoulder injury in 2014, I was put on a path to start Pilates as part of my rehabilitation process. Seeing the results on my own body, I fell in love with Pilates, and vowed to bring this joy and movement into other's lives as well, and so began my journey to become a Pilates Instructor.

I found the perfect marriage with Stott Pilates, and through Real Pilates in Dubai became a Stott Pilates certified Reformer Instructor, I also completed the Cadillac, Chair, Fascial Movement and Injuries & Special Populations Course.

I truly believe movement is the key to slowing down the ageing process. My passion is to educate clients on the essence of movement and instil in everyone Pilates principles they can use in their everyday lives, enabling them to move with more energy, less pain and improved endurance and strength.

I was born and raised in Germany, lived as an expat in London, Bali and Dubai. I am a mother of three children, a pet parent to two dogs and two cats, and a lover of food as well as an occasional glass of good wine. My hobbies are travelling, cooking, hiking, skiing and golf.

I am teaching in German and English language.
