About me
My journey with Pilates began, as it does for many, through a personal experience. After a shoulder injury in 2014, I was introduced to Pilates as part of my rehabilitation. Experiencing the transformation in my own body, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for its power. What started as recovery soon became a passion — and a calling to share this work with others.
I trained with STOTT PILATES® through Real Pilates in Dubai, where I became a certified Reformer Instructor. I have also completed advanced training in Cadillac, Chair, Fascial Movement, as well as Injuries & Special Populations.
Over the years, my work has evolved beyond movement alone. Today, I integrate Pilates with breathwork, creating a more holistic approach that supports not only physical strength and mobility, but also nervous system regulation and inner balance.
I truly believe that mindful movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to support healthy ageing. My passion lies in educating and guiding clients to reconnect with their bodies, move with greater ease, reduce pain, and build sustainable strength and vitality — both on and off the mat.
Originally from Germany, I have lived abroad for many years, including in London, Bali, and Dubai, before settling in Switzerland. I am a mother of three grown-up children and share my home with my dog. I love travelling, cooking, hiking, skiing, and spending time in nature.
I teach in both German and English.
